The August 23rd tournament has been postponed until the next Saturday due to hurricane Fay. It still will be held at Midway Landing with Red fish as the side bet. The cookout will be imported Sausages and chopped Bovine cooked ala chef Schliech style.

Club meeting will be Sept 16th at Mira Flores Park and will start promptly at 7:00PM.

September 20th, Galvez Landing will be blessed with our presence for the tournament. As per our custom, Redfish is the side bet and a cookout will follow weigh-in.

The Fisherman

He'd fished all day
Without any luck
He was tired and hungry
And covered with muck.

When suddenly a tug
He felt on his line
He started to reel
Oh! This fish felt fine!

His face held a grin
As he held up his fish
At least 5 pounds!
He'd gotten his wish.
